I decided to read this book, because I wanted to improve my overall quality of life and evaluate my life mission or purpose. I have been asking myself questions such as, "How can I better use the knowledge and skills I have developed over the last 20+ years?" And "Am I doing what I truly want to do? Am I making the right impacts, or is there more I can / should be doing?"

As I have been reading this book, there are many good insights on how to approach life, but also diet, social connections and more.
