Refund and Returns Policy

MICHAEL HACKMER - REFUND/RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer full refunds or exchanges for new, unused merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

All eligible returns must be accompanied with receipt or proof of purchase and with any original tag(s) attached. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Items not eligible for refund include:

    • Gift Cards

    • Personalized Items

    • Final Sale Items

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When exchanging by mail, please specify the product sku, color or size of the item you are exchanging in your return package.  Once your item(s) is received, inspected and approved, a replacement will be sent out within 3-5 business days.   Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to replacement items. Since we use different fulfillment houses for our merchandise, you will need to return items to the source of the order and notify us electronically that you have initiated a return.

DELIVERY POLICY

Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to process and ship.  Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.  Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Personalized and/or signed items may require additional time to process.  Your estimated delivery date will be shown included in your shipping confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that once you place an order at MichaelHackmer.com, there is a limited period of time during which you will be able to cancel your order until it is fully processed.
